Antionette Louise Hawkins better known as Tonjua has been in the entertainment industry for several decades. She started as a child from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. performing in the local kid´s band in the 60´s and began to train in ballet, jazz, tap and acrobatics through-out her childhood. She has participated in numerous national talent competitions and won scholarships for furthering her education and talents in the performing arts. She attended and graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of the Arts degree. She performed in numerous show productions with pioneer entertainers in Las Vegas, Nevada to name a few Sammy Davis Jr., Diana Ross, Tom Jones and at the Riviera Hotel & Casino, Harrah´s Hotel & Casino, Mirage Hotel & Casino, Thomas & Mack Center for 10 years. In 1992, Tonjua was offered a first job abroad to Tokyo, Japan as a lead performer at the Moulon D’or cabaret. She has accumulated over 20 years in the business of entertainment in Europe. She has a lifetime of experience in the entertainment business in cooperations with  artists managers and talent agencies to bring, unique, exceptional talented artists for the clients. Hawkins has the background in show productions for producing, directing, casting, costume designing, musical arrangements and stage designing. She has assisted in casting thousands of artists from worldwide to bring clients ideas to reality. Currently, she collaborates with TWA Production AB OY among others to bring all forms of talents and show productions on board Scandinavian Ferry Lines, Nordic Ferry Lines, European Cruise Lines and American Cruise Lines, Casinos, Hotels, Festivals, Private Parties, Conferences and Concerts. Tonjua Hawkins is the Founder / CEO for Perform Showbiz, AB and Assistant to the CEO for TWA Production AB OY. She handles 101 Perform Team main responsibilities in developing and implementing high-level strategies, making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources. She has a much more hands-on role in the workshops. Hawkins also takes part in making business decisions such as hiring of staff, development of contracts, work schedules and salary negotiations.
